I had a great time at Zel Punta Cana, particularly enjoying the wonderful food and the beautiful pools. The service was excellent, especially from the staff members like Carlos, who went above and beyond. One downside was some cleanliness issues at the pools and the buffet, but overall, it was a nice family getaway.
I had a relaxing vacation at Zel Punta Cana, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a great concierge, Gustavo, who made our stay extra special. The food was excellent, especially at the Gabi buffet and Mizu restaurant. However, some holiday weekends affected the service negatively, and I noticed security issues due to unregistered guests. Overall, it was a great experience despite a few hiccups.
